Mobile Pantries
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Mobile pantries bring nutritious foods to “food deserts” – areas where quality, affordable foods are lacking. A refrigerated truck delivers fresh food directly to neighborhoods in need. Volunteers can expect to pack boxes of assorted groceries and distribute directly to hungry neighbors that arrive for assistance. This is an OUTDOOR & OFF-SITE ACTIVITY.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
The minimum age for this activity is 13+ with an adult. Volunteers 16+ may serve independently.
